Questions
Each plan includes a set number of users, shown on its card, and everyone in it gets in at their own permission level. Roles are fine-grained, so a bench operator can be given the floor and nothing else without needing a different kind of seat. When you need more people than your plan includes, you move up a plan.
Gauge warns you as you get close. At the limit you can still view and edit every item you have, but new items are blocked until you move up a plan.
No. Spreadsheet import is built in and self-serve, with a column mapping step and a preview before anything is written. Any paid onboarding appears on this page only when it is offered.
No. An add-on is priced per company, per month, at the price shown on its card.
No, and it should not try. Gauge covers parts, changes, planning, work orders, inventory, purchasing and sales, with specialist modules as add-ons. Invoicing, payroll and the general ledger stay in the tool you already use.
Yes. Items, BOM lines and engineering changes export as a snapshot file whenever you want, and lists such as reports and the audit log export to CSV.
